Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Pinot Nero Rosé DOCG

Fiamberti Cruasé Brut

Rosé de Noirs

Cruasé is a commercial brand owned by Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese that identifies Rosé Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Pinot Noir grapes produced in Oltrepò Pavese.

The fantasy name Cruasé was coined from the combination of the words cru – to indicate the excellence of the Oltrepò Pavese terroir for Pinot Noir – and of course rosé.

The rosé colour is obtained in an absolutely natural way, letting the clear juice sit with the Pinot Noir colour-producing skins until an attractive rosé colour is reached. The Cruasé rules of production forbid to add red wine or must to the white juice.

After a minimum ageing of 40 months on the lees, our Cruasé is disgorged and marketed. The residul sugar is less than 3 g/l.

Tasting notes

Antique rosé colour; elegant perlage; dog rose, red berry fruits and wild herbs on the nose; a great deal of acidity livens up the vibrant palate. Long finish.

Excellent as a pre-meal drink, it pairs well with raw ham, Salame di Varzi DOP, seafood dishes and shellfish.
To be served at 6-8 °C.
