Oltrepò Pavese Rosso

Oltrepò Pavese Rosso is a DOC that covers the whole Oltrepò Pavese region, while the Buttafuoco DOC is limited to 7 villages. The Oltrepò Pavese Rosso DOC wines are a blend of red wines produced with indigenous grapes (Croatina, Barbera, Uva Rara and Ughetta di Canneto) and other black grapes whose cultivation is authorized in the area (like Pinot Noir).
