This semi-sparkling Bonarda is produced from Croatina grapes grown in the Bricco della Sacca vineyard. It’s vinified with the utmost care, using freshly picked grapes and carefully controlling the temperature when the must ferments with the skins. A wine that is a true expression of our tradition.
