Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow colour; elegant perlage with fine bubbles; notes of Golden Delicious apple and bread dough on the nose. On palate it’s dry, with a bit of salty mouthfeel. The rich structure of Pinot Noir is coupled with a refreshing acidity. Long finish.

Pairings

Excellent as a pre-meal drink, it’s a very food-friendly sparkling wine: it pairs well with a wide range of dishes, like salumi (raw ham, culatello…) seafood (especially shellfish) and white meat.
To be served at 6-8 °C.
