Pinot Noir is one of the most delicate grapes and one of the most difficult to grow. Oltrepò Pavese is one of the few regions of the world that proved suitable for Pinot Noir. Our family has selected the right clones and vineyards, and experimented with the different level of ripening to produce a young and elegant wine with the unmistakable features of a true, noble Pinot Noir

Medium deep ruby red colour; red and black fruits, spices and wild herbs on the nose; medium bodied, silky and well-balanced on palate.
Pairings
Great with mushroom and truffle-based dishes, it pairs also very well with meats (especially chicken, lamb and pork).
